Foal Pedigree Sarona is a studbook Dutch mare by the stallion Idocus and out of a Keur Flemmingh daughter. Sarona was added to our select group of broodmares to bring more modern bloodlines into our herd and she definitely fits the bill. She is a wonderful moving mare with a lofty trot & a great canter. Sarona has already produced a son by Riverman that was kept as a stallion prospect. Sarona's foals will be well suited for the upper levels of dressage. Her 2008 filly by Rousseau received 1st premium at the Dutch Keuring and placed 1st in the foal class. Sarona is confirmed in foal to Rousseau for a 2010 Dutch WB foal.

Rousseau Winner of the 2003 FEI World Championship for Young Dressage Horses, Rousseau became an internationally respected name. Through his outstanding progeny in both the Netherlands & Germany, Rousseau has established himself as a reliable producer of champion stallions, mares, riding horses & foals. He was the Dutch National Champion as a 4yr old and Reserve Champion as a 5yr old through his consistent performances at the PAVO-cup. He won the 2003 stallion show as a 5yr old & represented the Netherlands at the 2003 FEI World Championships for Young Horses in Verden, capturing the Silver Medal.
